Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions help set clear expectations so projects run smoothly for everyone involved. By accepting a quote from SureCraft Home, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Accepting a Quote

To move forward, please review your quote and click Accept.

Once accepted, we will reach out to coordinate the service date and next steps. Acceptance confirms your intent to proceed under these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms

New Customers

New customers are required to:

  • Pay 50% upfront to schedule and begin work
  • Pay the remaining 50% upon completion

Existing Customers

Existing customers will be billed upon completion, unless otherwise noted in the quote.

Projects Over $1,000

Any project with a total cost over $1,000 requires a 50% deposit to get started, regardless of customer history. This allows us to reserve time and order materials as needed.

Scheduling & Our Commitment

Service dates are scheduled after a quote is accepted and any required deposit is received.

We respect your time and make every effort to arrive as scheduled, prepared to complete the agreed-upon work.

If we fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, you will receive a $100 credit applied to your project or future service. This is part of our commitment to clear communication and reliability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee of $100, especially if time and materials have already been allocated.
  • Deposits for custom work or projects where materials have been ordered may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances. We will make every effort to return your materials and issue a credit refund.  We charge $100 per hour to manage returns and refunds for cancelled jobs. 

We aim to handle cancellations reasonably and fairly.

Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work may require a revised quote or additional payment before proceeding.

Completion & Final Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work unless otherwise specified. Completion means the work outlined in the accepted quote has been performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
